Lola is the prime example of blondes have more fun. She's a 613 custom wig,  with 3-4 full bundles of our 100% Virgin hair.
Length 18-22 we use 3 bundles
& Lengths 24-30 we use 4 bundles for a thicker appearance.
 
The longer the bundles the thinner they become, however that's why we use 4 bundles for the longer lengths. However Lola comes with 2 combs and elastic band.

Lola takes 5 business days to create unless the volume is high then the time is pushed back a week. However I will notify you via email if the volume is high when you purchased.

  • Ordering/ Processing Time

    The Ordering Process

    1)      You pay for your order 

    2)      You will receive an Order Confirmation Email through Stripe

    3)      The Processing period begins after the payment has been confirmed into my account.Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.Purchases with Klarna the processing time is 12 days. Please make sure you are aware of that before purchasing using Klarna.

    4)      After the processing period is over, you will receive another email on the shipment with tracking number.

    5)      Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International)


    PROCESSING TIME 

    This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality control. It allows us to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles for the wigs if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.

    SHIPPING TIME

    Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

    • (United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail
    • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
    • This time does not include the processing period
    • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

  • Returns/ Refunds

    REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions/wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
    • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
    • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
